Our campaign believes that a healthy local democracy depends on accessible communication for every resident. We are dedicated to ensuring that our digital infrastructure is fully accessible to individuals of all abilities, structuring our web assets to closely align with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level.

We actively build and audit our web forms, navigation trees, and structural templates to ensure compatibility with modern assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation matrix interfaces, and dynamic text-scaling configurations. Our donation portals, volunteer intake grids, and policy platforms are engineered to maintain high color-contrast profiles and intuitive heading structures, ensuring barriers are minimized for constituents browsing across York Centre–Downsview.

Founder of Irving Security Corps and a member of the Lions Club, Conroy believes City Hall should focus on safer neighbourhoods, affordable housing, reliable transit, accessible mental health services, and responsible budgeting.
