A Commitment to York Centre's Legacy of Service

York Centre has a proud history of community leaders who have stepped forward to serve. Many residents remember Irving W. Chapley, whose years of service as a North York City Councillor remain an important part of the community's legacy.

While Irving W. Chapley and Conroy Irving are different individuals, the shared name's a reminder that every generation has a responsibility to serve with integrity and dedication.

Today, Irving offers a fresh perspective and a commitment to visible, accessible, and accountable leadership at City Hall. He believes Ward 6 deserves representation that is responsive, engaged, and focused on delivering meaningful results.

His priorities include safer neighbourhoods, affordable housing, reliable transit, accessible mental health supports, responsible financial management, and ensuring every resident has a voice.

York Centre deserves better. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more connected community.
